All Smoked Meats Reheat (Best results method)

Microwave Heating Instructions

Place the container into the microwave. Set the microwave to 30% power, (or level 3/medium), for 5 minutes. Once finished, if required, heat for an additional minute at 30% power, (or level 3/medium).

Oven Heating Instructions

Remove the contents from the container and place onto a large piece of foil. Wrap tightly and seal all edges to avoid air exposure. Press the sides to shape the foil around the meat. Place in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.

All Smoked Meats Reheat (Alternative method)

200/220 g Serving: Place the container with the lid on into the microwave. Heat at full power for:

  • 50 sec (1100w Microwave)
  • 1 min (1000w Microwave)
  • 75 sec (800w Microwave)

Now, let it rest with the lid on for 2 mins, then remove the lid and serve.

1 kg Tray: Place the foil tray with its lid on in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 mins. Remove the lid and foil covering. Serve.

Smoked Chilli Con Carne Reheat

500 g Serving: With the lid on, microwave for 3 minutes. Stir and serve.

1 kg Catering Tray for Oven: 15-20 minutes at 180°C

Smoked Beef Brisket Pie Reheat

Thaw the pie, preheat the oven to 170°C, and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Garlic Buttered Corn Reheat

200 g Serving: With the lid on, microwave for 1 min 30 sec

1 kg Catering Tray for Oven: 15-20 minutes at 180°C

Smoked Texas BBQ Beans Reheat

200 g Serving: With the lid on, microwave for 1 min 10 sec

Smoky Brisket Taco Meat

500 g Serving: With the lid on, microwave for 3 minutes. Stir and serve.
